-Where is my order?

Processing times for shipment is usually 3-4 business days. Your order will be shipped after processing is complete. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If your shipment information cannot be found please wait 48 hours to allow USPS to update their website.

-Will the item be restocked?

We often restock some items as often as we can but some items are exclusively in stock for a limited time. It is advised to purchase your items as soon as possible so you don’t miss out. Please keep checking back on our site and Instagram page for any restock updates.

-Can I Exchange An Item?

No. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item we will issue you store credit that can be used towards the website at anytime. Feminine items, Used items, Bodysuits, Swimwear, & Lingerie excluded.

-Can I get a refund

No, we do not offer refunds. You may send the item back unopened for store credit. Feminine items, Used items, Bodysuits, Swimwear, & Lingerie are excluded.

-Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you must contact us by the next day of placing your order before 1 p.m. EST to request an order cancellation. ( * Refunds will be given this circumstance).

-Why Won’t My Discount Code Work?

Some discount codes cannot be combined with other offers. If you are sure that you are entering the code correctly please email us at juvenirhealth@gmail.com

-How long does shipping take?

We try to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Shipment times will depend on the shipping company and the shipping service you selected during checkout. Normal shipping times may take up to 5-7 business days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you so you can stay updated about your package.
